Women Empowerment

The foundation will work with the Women to do the following:

  • Organize yearly Entrepreneurship Seminars for Small Scale businesswomen in the 3 Senatorial Districts. In the course of the exercise, some select women will be empowered financially and materially.
  • Ensure that a reasonable number of market women are included in the State-run regular Empowerment exercise for Females.
  • Agricultural support with provision of seedlings, fertilizers, and fingerlings to farmers.

Another area of interest is improving the living conditions of women and young girls in society. Her Excellency plans to empower businesswomen through capacity-building programs and quarterly symposiums across the senatorial districts. Entrepreneurial experts will deliver lectures, and starter packs will be given to women to support their businesses. The goal is to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals 1 and 8.
